- ADOPTION O-8-14 EXTENDING CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
The Town is in negotiations with the cable company through the County Cable Coalition to negotiate an extension of its cable franchise agreement. This is an extension of the current agreement until negotiations have been completed.
10. ADOPTION O-6-14 SECTION 27 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This is a housekeeping issue to add the term “civil violations”.
11. ADOPTION O-7-14 SNOW EMERGENCY PARKING
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This adds language to the current Code to restrict parking that impedes or prevents the operation of snow removal on any street.
