9. DISCUSSION PROPOSED LEGISLATION – DANGEROUS WEAPONS
Decision Required: Whether to proceed.
The Mayor and Town Council are discussing proposed legislation to restrict the carrying of firearms by persons other than authorized law enforcement officers in Town buildings. The Town’s current Code provides for such restrictions in Town Parks.
