The Staff is recommending changes to the current section of the Town Code regarding yard waste to incorporate the County’s recent banning of the use of plastic bags for yard waste.

The Mayor and Town Council have directed the staff to pursue the lease/purchase of a refuse vehicle. Authorization is needed to execute the agreement.
