- APPROVING – SPEED CAMERA OMBUDSMAN
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
The new State law requires the appointment of an ombudsman for the speed camera program. The Town Administrator is familiar with the program, is not a police department employee and will serve in this capacity.
- ADOPTION OB-1-14 - FY15 OPERATING BUDGET AND CIP
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
The Mayor and Town Council will be adopting this Ordinance, which institutes next year’s budget.
12. INTRODUCTION O-5-14 AMENDING THE RENTAL HOUSING SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
Due to the changes by the General Assembly to the State speed camera laws, the Town Attorney has prepared an ordinance to bring the Town’s Code into compliance with the new State code.
