  • PRESENTATION CRITICAL AREAS LETTER
Decision Required: None.

  • DISCUSSION RAISING THE SPEED LIMIT – JOSLYN PLACE
Decision Required:  Whether to raise the speed limit from 15 to 20.

This has been on previous agendas and requires a motion of the Mayor and Town Council.  The current 15mph does not allow the use of speed cameras under the new state law.

  • ADOPTION O-5-14 AMENDING PHOTO ENFORCEMENT SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to move to adopt.

The Staff is recommending changes to the current section of the Town Code in order to be in compliance with the new State laws.

12.     INTRODUCTION O-6-14 SECTION 27 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.

This is a housekeeping issue to add the term “civil violations”.

     13.       INTRODUCTION O-7-14 SNOW EMERGENCY PARKING
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.

This adds language to the current Code to restrict parking that impedes or prevents the operation of snow removal on any street.
