This amendment to the housing section of the Town Code will clarify current language regarding the provision of heat to rental units.

This Ordinance is a housekeeping matter in an attempt to clarify essential and non-essential employees regarding holiday compensation.

The Town Administrator has prepared a statment in opposition to the request of the vehicle storage yard in the Cheverly Industrial Park.
