   8.  ADOPTION  O-1-16 AMENDING HOUSING CODE
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.

This amendment to the housing section of the Town Code will clarify current language regarding the provision of heat to rental units.

   9.     ADOPTON O-2-16 THE PERSONNEL SECTION
        Decision Required: Whether to adopt.

This Ordinance is a housekeeping matter in an attempt to clarify essential and non-essential employees regarding holiday compensation.

   10. INTRODUCTION – OB-1-16 FY17 BUDGET AND C.I.P.
Decision Required: Whether to introduce.

This is the introduction of the FY17 Operating Budget and CIP.

   11.   DISCUSSION GLADYS NOON SPELLMAN TREE DONATION
Decision Required: Whether to donate.

The GNS PTA has requested that the Town donate $1,700 worth of trees to the GNS PTA for planting on the site.

   12. INTRODUCTION – O-3-16 AMENDING 4-7 APIARIES
Decision Required: Whether to introduce.

This is the introduction of an amendment to the Town Code that will allow residents to keep apiaries (beehives) in their yards.

    13.   DISCUSSION – CHEVERLY AVE. BUMP-OUT ADOPTION
Decision Required: Whether to approve.

The Mayor and Council are considering a project to fund groups/individuals to adopt, plant and maintain bump-outs along Cheverly Avenue.
