8.      SECOND READING 0-4-17 AMENDING LOT MAINTENANCE
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.

There are currently inconsistency within the Town Code regarding the amount of time in one section and the amount of time in another section for the removal of an inoperative vehicle on a property.  This Ordinance provides consistency.

9.      INTRODUCTION R-8-17 CLIMATE CHANGE
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.

The Mayor and Town Council anticipate passage in November.

10.     AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT – TRAFFIC STUDY
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.

The Mayor and Town Council directed staff to issue a Request For Proposal to solicit a firm to look at the current traffic patterns and ways/means to improve traffic flow and increase safety in the area from Cheverly Avenue to Forest Road to US Route 50 to Landover Road.  The Council will consider the recommendation from the Staff regarding the submitted proposals.
