8. PUBLIC HEARING – SPEED HUMP(S) – 59TH AVENUE
Decision Required: Whether to move to authorize.
The Mayor and Town Council have progressed through the Speed Hump Request process, as defined the Town Code, to this point of having a Public Hearing.
9. ADOPTION 0-1-18 NON-INTERVENTION ORDINANCE
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This Ordinance codifies the current practices of the Town and the Cheverly Police Department.
10. SECOND READING O-2-18 Traffic Calming
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.
The Mayor and Town Council are seeking to place all traffic calming devices into the Code and process requirements that are currently warranted for speed humps.
