8. APPROVAL OF LETTER TO LIQUOR BOARD – VIP STAGE
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
The Mayor and Town Council have prepared a letter to the County Liquor Board regarding a request for a liquor license for Sol Banquet Hall, LLC trading as VIP STAGE located at 4710 Auth Place, Hyattsville. This adult entertainment establishment was formerly known as Fuego.
9. SECOND READING O-3-18 AMENDING THE ETHICS SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
The Mayor and Town Council have asked the Town Attorney to draft an Ordinance to incorporate the changes made by the legislature regarding ethics compliance in the State.
10. INTRODUCTION OB-1-18 FY19 OPERATING BUDGET AND C.I.P.
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor and Council will be introducing the OB-1-18 regarding the FY19 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program. The Mayor and Town Council have been addressing the Budget and will be setting the tax rate at this meeting. Adoption of the Budget and CIP will be June 14th.
