8. BALTIMORE- WASHINGTON PARKWAY PROPOSAL
Decision Required: Position update.
The Mayor and Town Council will be discussing their position regarding the State’s proposal regarding taking over the BW Parkway from the Department of Interior.
9. SECOND READING O-4-18 HEALTHY FAMILIES ACT
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.
This is an amendment to the Cheverly Town Code Personnel Section in order to bring the Town into compliance with recent State law regarding leave.
10. INTRODUCTION O-5-18 AMENDING THE HOUSING CODE
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
This is an amendment to the Cheverly Town Code Housing Section in order to address the issue of rental unit inspections to ensure compliance.
11. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT – MULTI-USE COURT
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
This budget adjustment is required due to changes in the multi-use court made at the Worksession.
