8.      TRAFFIC STUDY PRESENTATION
Decision Required: Whether to act on recommendations.

The Mayor and Town Council hired a traffic engineering consultant to examine and make recommendations regarding the area bound by Forest Road, Route 202 and Route 50.  The consultant will be presenting the findings along with recommendations.

9.      ADOPTION O-4-18 HEALTHY FAMILIES ACT
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.

This is an amendment to the Cheverly Town Code Personnel Section in order to bring the Town into compliance with recent State law regarding leave.

10.     SECOND READING O-5-18 AMENDING THE HOUSING CODE
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.

This is an amendment to the Cheverly Town Code Housing Section in order to address the issue of rental unit inspections to ensure compliance.

11.     AWARD OF CONTRACT – LEAF MACHINE
Decision Required: Whether to authorize award and budget adjustment.

The Department of Public Works issued a bid for a leaf vacuuming machine.  A budget adjustment is required as the prices exceed the amount allocated in the FY 19 Capital Improvement Program.

12.     LETTER OF OPPOSITION – FCC RULING SMALL CELL TOWERS
Decision Required: Whether to authorize letter of opposition.

The Mayor will present the letter at the meeting.

13.     LETTER OF OPPOSITION – COUNTY ELECTRONIC SIGN LEGISLATION
Decision Required: Whether to authorize letter of opposition.

The Mayor will present the letter at the meeting.

14.     BUDGET ADJUSTMENT – CONTRACTOR STREET TREE PLANTING
Decision Required: Whether to authorize award and budget adjustment.

The Mayor will present this item to authorize $15,000 to contract for fall street tree planting.
