8. GRANT REQUEST - FOOD FARM - 6301 KILMER STREET PARK
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
This grant request will fund the planting of a food farm at the Kilmer Street Park.
9. ADOPTION O-5-18 AMENDING THE HOUSING CODE
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This Ordinance will amend the Town of Cheverly Housing Code Section to allow for the revocation of a rental license if an inspection is not facilitated by the landlord by the end of the calendar year.
10. TRAFFIC SURVEY RECOMMENDATIONS
Decision Required: Determine which recommendations to move forward.
The Mayor and Town Council hired a traffic engineering consultant to examine and make recommendations regarding the area bound by Forest Road, Route 202 and Route 50. After a public presentation at the last Town Meeting, the Mayor and Council tasked the Staff with addressing a number of questions regarding the study and providing a top ten list of items for immediate action. The Mayor and Council have the Staff’s list and will provide direction for the Staff to begin implementation of recommendations.
