Decision Required: Whether to approve.

3. Position Discussion – Sol Banquet Hall LLC, t/a VIP Stage
Decision Required: None.

CM MacKenzie has requested that this matter be placed on the agenda and will discuss.

4. Discussion Constant Yield Tax Rate FY19 Budget CIP
Decision Required: Currently, none.

The Mayor and Council will be discussing the Constant Yield Tax Rate and the potential tax rate for FY 19, based on the Constant Yield Tax Rate.  There also will be discussions regarding the FY19 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program.

5.  Budget Adjustment -Award of Contract – Boyd Park Stormwater Project
Decision Required: Whether to approve with a budget adjustment.

The Consultant went out to bid for the Boyd Park Stormwater Project and found that the cost of the project exceeds the grant funding amount.

6. Surplus Property Sale Fund Proposal
Decision Required: Whether to authorize.

The Cheverly Police Department will be selling the police vehicles that will be replaced with the FY19 Police vehicles.  The Department is requesting that these funds be specifically programed to the Police Department for the purchase of a License Plate Reader machine (LPR).
